Registered Valuer (Dip Val) FNZIV FPINZ

Alan is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers, and a Fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand.

Alan has worked extensively with Government Departments, numerous corporates, and local authorities in the Auckland Region, gaining significant experience of public sector property acquisitions and disposals.

Alan has appeared as an expert witness in the Environment Court, and the Auckland Land Valuation Tribunal on numerous occasions, in addition to being appointed to act as an arbitrator/expert witness in formal arbitrations.

Keith is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers, and a Fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand.

Keith has gained considerable experience in the valuation of commercial and industrial properties, in addition to the preparation of compensation valuations under the Public Works Act 1981.

Keith also has an interest in the application of advanced financial modelling to valuation methodologies, a topic on which he has presented at seminars for the New Zealand Institute of Valuers.

Richard has a broad client base including local body entities, numerous property investors, private trusts and a number of law firms. He has appeared in the High Court as an expert witness on a number of occasions.

Richard is very experienced in all facets of residential, industrial and commercial property valuation, with his area of specialisation being Central and Eastern suburbs of Auckland and Great Barrier Island.
